THE NOURISHING PLACE
We offer a variety of programs to enhance the educational opportunities for at-risk children.
Our programs are focused on Pass Road Ele. School, a school where 97% of children are free-lunch qualified. We offer after school tutoring to assist students in math and reading so they can move into their regular class levels.Field trip funds, eye glasses, school supplies, school clothes, Thanksgiving and Christmas gifts for these children and families are also provided by The Nourishing Place.
Recently, we built a 40' x 40' outdoor pavilion and a quarter-mile walking track on school property for both school and community activities.

Scholarship Program offers scholarships from $100 to $2000 for eligible students, particularly those who seek a two-year diploma at a Community College or a Career College. Our aim is to assist non-university students in becoming self-sufficient within two years after high school.
